The images of our products on our website are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen. We cannot promise that your monitor's display will be the same as our products in real life.
Placing an order
- Please double check that all information are entered correctly as no amendments can be made after order is processed. To make the processing of your order as smooth as possible
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
- Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Pricing and availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition at the check out.
In the unlikely event that you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling the order or waiting for new stock to arrive.
All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from: the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment, the identification of an error within the product information etc. If a problem arises with your order we will contact you.
Duties
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order
