Who are the Luxury Dirac Team?

We are a luxury Diracs company that caters to your needs. We believe in both luxury and affordability. You deserve to shine without breaking the bank.

How do I hire a Dirac?

Step 1: Go to the website and select a Dirac.

Step 2:  Click the rent options.

Step 3: Head to the checkout and proceed with the payment.

Step 4: Your Dirac will be sent out and you should receive it within 3-5 working days.

How long can I hire a Dirac for?

Dirac can be hired for 72 hours from when you have received your package.  

How do I return the Dirac?

The Dirac should be returned within 72 hours and you will be provided with a return slip with your order. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship ONLY to the Netherlands, please allow up to 3-5 working days. Should there be a delay we will ensure consistent communication.  We are currently working on a worldwide rental service. We will keep you posted once this service is available.

The Dirac I want is sold out, what does this mean?

This means the Dirac is currently being hired by another customer, please check for restocking in 5 working days. You can equally send us an email for a reservation.

Can I get a full refund if I am not satisfied with the Dirac?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your Dirac we require a return within 24hrs. Should it be clear the item has been worn, we will not able to return your deposit?

How much is the deposit?

The deposit will be 30%  of the value of the Dirac.  

Do I have to return the Dirac clean?

Don’t worry, this will be on us.
